My SAT score was 2020, with a 740 in Verbal, while my ACT score was a 30. I previously mentored elementary aged students, providing 1-on-1 instruction in reading development for students who were below grade reading level. I want to be a tutor because I love working with kids, and it's great to help young people realize their potential. In college I took the Cultural Politics of Educational Assessment and Educational Psychology, both classes grounding my understanding of standardized testing and the best way students learn.
